Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your SlumpScan account and the data associated with it. It applies to the SlumpScan mobile application (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play) and the SlumpScan web dashboard.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us from the address associated with your account:

Please use the subject line “Delete my SlumpScan account” and send from the email address tied to your account so we can verify the request. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and profile details.
  • Job & measurement data — your SlumpMeter readings and associated project/job-site details synced to our backend (Supabase).
  • Usage & diagnostic data tied to your account.

Deleting only some of your data

You do not have to delete your entire account to remove specific data. You can delete or void individual job and measurement records at any time within the App. To request removal of specific personal data without closing your account, email us using the address above and describe what you would like removed.

What we may retain

After deletion, we may retain limited information where required to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, or in anonymized/aggregated form that no longer identifies you. We retain such data only for as long as required and then delete it.
